Waiver For The Soft Play
By booking a session at Thistles and Tykes, you confirm the following:

I understand that soft play and role-play activities involve inherent risks such as slips, bumps, and falls.

I am responsible for supervising the children in my care at all times.

I agree to follow all play area rules: no shoes, socks must be worn, no rough play, no food or drink in play areas.

I confirm the children are in good health and fit to play.

I accept full responsibility for any injury or incident during our visit, except in cases of proven negligence.

I release Thistles and Tykes and its staff from any claims related to injury, loss, or damage.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings
All play sessions must be booked in advance through our online system or directly with us.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking are not refundable, but you may reschedule by contacting Thistles and Tykes directly.

Arrival & Playtime
Please arrive on time for your booked session. Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime.

Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Health & Safety
Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell. Socks must be worn in all play areas.

Liability
Thistles and Tykes is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
